Christine M. Salmi, Of Counsel

christine salmiChristine Salmi, of counsel in the firm's Boise office and member of the firm's Appellate practice, focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, appellate litigation, employment law and construction law. Christine has represented clients in complex real estate and construction litigation matters, employment disputes involving wage claims and claims of wrongful termination, first amendment cases involving claims of defamation, and general collection matters some of which required representation in related bankruptcy matters. Christine joined the firm in 2001 after clerking four years for the Idaho Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, where she acquired intimate knowledge concerning the practices and procedures of Idaho's state appellate and federal courts. She has written numerous employment articles addressing recent changes in Idaho's employment law and devotes a fair amount of time representing pro bono clients in child protection and domestic violence cases.
